It applies to the website https://emba.solvay.edu/ (hereinafter referred to as the “website”) and describes the methods we use to collect, process and store your personal data.

We act with full transparency, in accordance with national and international provisions, in compliance with the Law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”).

In accordance with the provisions of the Law of 8 December 1992 regarding the protection of privacy, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the following rights: the right to access, the right to correction, the right to erasure, the right to deletion, the right to be forgotten, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing.
