Based in Brussels, Gauthier is a trusted advisor to clients, helping them to find, assess, and develop talented executives, improve team effectiveness, and navigate organizational transformations.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Gauthier was a consultant with McKinsey & Company where he supported his clients on strategy and Marketing & Sales topics. Among others, he helped FMCG and Retail clients improve their commercial decisions with Periscope, a proprietary suite of digital tools. Gauthier started his career with BNP Paribas Fortis where he held multiple roles with a focus on corporate and investment banking.
He holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering from Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management, Belgium. Gauthier remains involved in his alma mater as a teaching assistant on communication and the co-founder of the Young Solvay Alumni Club. Outside of work, Gauthier is passionate about traveling the world with his wife, eclectic music and snowboarding.
David is co-founder of The Bridge Ventures, where together with his partners he helps large and smaller organizations build new ventures.
Bruno is today Senior Advisor and Innovation Ambassador for EY Belgium (ex-Ernst & Young). Having started his career as a consultant, Bruno has been for 25 years an expert in entrepreneurship and SMEs.
Bruno has been engaged in developing structures dedicated to the creation of enterprises and, in particular, the Brussels Enterprise Agency, which he founded in 2003 and manages until this day. Moreover, he was also the President of the Brussels Guarantee Fund whose mission is to warrant bank loans to SMEs (€ 30mio in 2012). He is best known for sharing his vast knowledge and experiences by giving lectures and classes on the subject of strategy and entrepreneurship at various universities, including HEFF, Solvay Brussels School, Tongji (China) and ICHEC. In 2011, he has been appointed as MBA Professor by Solvay Brussels School and teaches Business Model Innovation. Bruno is the current Academic Director of the AMISM program (Advanced Master in Innovation and Strategic Management).
Bruno also has a solid reputation with media in general. A national radio airs a daily chronicle on the subjects of entrepreneurship, economy and business strategy which he animates. He is also the creator of the reality TV emission on RTBF on the subject of entrepreneurship named Starter!. Bruno is Member of several business planning competition jurys such as Start Academy and Enterprise. He is coaching technological startups.
Bruno studied in Belgium, in the US, and in the Netherlands. He holds a degree in management, a degree in Labor Sciences, an advanced degree in Management and a Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT. He has completed a specific Master in Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Netherlands.
Passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship in the healthcare sector, Azèle is currently working as the manager of lifetech.brussels, the Health cluster of the Brussels Capital Region, that makes part of hub.brussels, supporting each year the development of around 90 innovative HealthTech-related projects.
In 2016, Azèle has set up the first Belgian MedTech start-up acceleration program (medtech-accelerator.eu); the same year, she has contributed to the launching of the regional governance platform gathering policy makers, industry & hospitals (ehealth.brussels) for the interoperability of medical data. Azèle represents the interests of the start-ups to the Belgian health authorities.
Azèle holds a PhD in Economics and Management and a Master of Sciences in Management from the Solvay Brussels School. She has been an invited lecturer during several years to the Solvay Brussels School for courses such as “Technology Transfer”, “Strategy” (Master & Executive Masters) and “Entrepreneurship” (MBA).
Marie is Managing Partner of Theodorus Funds. She has a deep expertise in biotech and early stage financing.
Marie joined Theodorus in 2007 in order to help researchers and entrepreneurs to succeed in their disruptive projects. Deeply committed to innovation, she served as Managing Director of Biopark incubator from 2010 to 2017.
Marie holds a Master in Business Engineering from Solvay Business School (Belgium). She followed the Private Equity & Venture Capital program from Harvard Business School.
Caroline is Advisor, Facilitator and Coach within the Advisory Lab.
Building on a career at State Street Bank and BNP Paribas Fortis for 15+, she then started her own business where she focuses on facilitating workshops, managing transformation projects, and coaching both managers and team members.
She is an experienced practitioner of Lean Management, Systems Thinking, Design Thinking and innovation tools. Her clients’ references include: BNP Paribas Fortis, RKW Group, ING, Vinçotte, Real Impact Analytics, CGI Luxembourg, Les Scouts, Thalys, Garrett, Puratos, Total, and Bouygues.
